Our web shop is directed at private customers. We ask business customers to use the usual distribution channels or to order by email.

Authors of our publishing house, who would like to order at an author's discount, should order by email.

Invoice

The invoice is enclosed in the delivery. We ask for payment within 14 days.

Payment in advance

The invoice will be sent by email. The goods will be sent after receipt of payment.

eBooks

There are no shipping costs for eBooks (pdf). Please note that not all payment options are available when ordering eBooks. Books and eBooks can only be ordered in separate order processes.

You will receive your eBook as a personalized PDF file for unlimited temporary access via email as soon as the payment is completed.

Our eBooks are copyrighted and have a personalized digital watermark. It is prohibited to remove this watermark. With the purchase of the e-book you acquire the rights for personal and private use of the file. Selling, redistribution or publication of the file is prohibited. The file can be used on all devices that can display PDF files. You need a current version of Adobe Reader (https://www.adobe.com/de/acrobat/pdf-reader.html) or a similar application or a browser that has a PDF reading function.
